Tomorrow at the hub...

Tomorrow at the hub...Baby Massage at 10am, coffee time at noon with veggie collection if you have ordered, Movement and Drama at 1:30pm, Brownies at 6:15pm and then at 8pm the great-hub-craft-fair-late-night-setting-up adventure begins. I may take some Peroni and crisps and see whether that improves Lottie and my setting up skills :) (bring the pub to the hub!)...and then on Saturday it's our CAKE AND CRAFT FAIR and it's going to be a goody. We have had lots of donations for the jumbly bric-a-brac stall including a boot-full of board games and lots of packets of beads. If you fancy having a clear out tomorrow we would love to relieve you of any unwanted goodies :)

This Saturday...Cake & Craft Fair

This Saturday it is The Hub on the Green's monthly Cake Fair from 10:30am-4:30pm
We are lucky to have Sparkly Sonia face-painting with us all day. Sonia takes face-painting to a whole new level.
We have Hannah K. running the family crafting table and Sarah Macdonald will be bringing her badgemaker.
We have new sellers...Silverbells and Cockleshells, Flottys and Purple Sunbird Designs and if we are lucky with the weather we will be able to use the alley for extra space.
Artist Jane Burkinshaw may pop by to do a few sketches and Wendy Brooking will be there with her kitchen cosmetics demonstrations from 1:00-4:30pm.
We will of course have all our delicious cakes and real coffee in our pop-up cafe as well as our bric-a-brac table and second hand books.
Sarah Hewlett will also be there giving her acupressure treatments. You can book a time with Sarah on her booking sheet when you arrive.
We are looking forward to another wonderful day. If you haven't been before...do pop by. We do craft fairs slightly differently.

Drawing Class - Mondays at 2-3pm

At Monday's Drawing Class, artist Jane Burkinshaw encouraged the class to try new things with exercises including drawing upside down and sketching their hands without looking at the paper. Their results were very impressive.
