Daisy Birthing uses active birthing and relaxation to provide mums-to-be with unique pregnancy classes to help you prepare for a positive birthing experience. Classes combine a range of techniques such as pregnancy yoga, traditional active birthing, birth breathing education, birth hypnosis and relaxation, to allow mums to learn as they move. This muscle memory approach really works to make birth instinctive - as it should be. You do not have to be super fit or bendy - we are so gentle that even ladies with spd can benefit.
