Tuesday

Added later: This blogpost is terribly written. So sorry. I will edit it tomorrow (for the benefit of Jane).

Wow! After the midday session yesterday people came to the hub en masse today. Fabulous! Lisa was printing and stitching with Rachel and Ellen.

I also met with Catherine Fraser from the Echo this morning. It's nerve-racking knowing you are being recorded. I don't usually feel nervous but I I was gibbering at 100 miles an hour so we will see what Catherine does for the paper. Tomorrow the photographer is coming to see us.

We had a red coat with tips, parents of a marine who have come down to see the march tomorrow, a lovely lady who popped in to see the roof, our three printers, a daddy with little one, two members of transition Exeter who have plans for the place, regular Jenny brought in friend Noel, jam-maker David and Peta, Sophie who was knitting an orange reindeer and Thirza and our community gardener Ian. That's quite a party!

Sophie stayed on to run her Wriggle Rhythms toddler group. Wriggle Rhythms is great fun.
Sophie blowing up her globes and knitting -
a fine example of multi-tasking!
This evening Klaas started his Feldenkrais sessions:

Feldenkrais Classes
with Klaas Overzee
at The Hub on the Green
8 Cathedral Close, Exeter EX1 1EZ
Tuesday evenings 6pm-7:30pm
£6 per session
These workshops will show you how you can begin to change the habits of a lifetime! Some of our daily habitual movements have caused us to experience discomfort and pain. Often through the speed of our actions we loose our awareness of what we are actually doing. By exploring easy and non-strenuous movements you will discover you have a choice as to how you perform daily tasks.
I invite you to come and explore the potential of the Feldenkrais Method.  Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Klaas Overzee is a group worker at Well Being and Access, part of the NHS Devon Partnership Trust in Exeter. He has been a Feldenkrais Teacher for over 20 years and has a practice in Exeter, Okehampton and Cullompton.
To book a place or for further information contact Joey Lee on 07950 961751 or email: joey.lee@sustaincare.net

TOMORROW - Gentle Hatha Yoga, Rachael's knitting group and Baby signing.
