Matwork Pilates

Are you interested in Pilates for 2012? Teresa Thirwell (osteopath and pilates teacher) is starting her two weekly sessions at The Hub on the Green in January.

Tuesday evenings 6:30-7:30pm starting 17th January
and Friday mornings 9:45-10:45am starting 20th January.

  • Sports Injury & Rehabilitation – B.Sc. (Hons) Physiology, Kings College London.
  • Sport & Remedial Massage Practitioner – Diploma London School of Sports Massage (LSSM).
  • Pilates Instructor – Pilates Institute & OCR Certified.
